Fereastra Johari este un instrument prin care poti sa usurezi intelegerea propriei persoane in relatia cu ceilalti. In acest model, exista patru tipuri de informatii referitoare la sine:

1. Ceea ce tu nu stii despre tine si nici ceilalti nu stiu.
2. Ceea ce tu stii despre tine, iar ceilalti nu stiu.
3. Ceea ce stiu ceilalti despre tine dar tu nu stii.
4. Ceea ce si tu si ceilalti stiti despre tine.
